New Berlin faces some soul-searching

Mayor Jack Chiovatero cast a spotlight on New Berlin with an e-mail message that called some residents "bigoted and prejudiced" in their stance against a government-supported housing project meant to provide affordable housing for local residents earning less than $35,000 a year.
